Three Kentucky men have been charged in connection with two burglaries in Corolla on Monday.

Around noon that day, while deputies were in the 1100 block of Austin Street taking a report on a burglary earlier in the day, dispatchers received information of a home owner chasing two subjects who were seen coming from his home in the 1100 block of Dunton Drive, the Currituck County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

Deputies responded to that area, about a block away, and apprehended the suspects after a short foot chase.

Items found during the investigation linked both break-ins, leading to the arrests of three men.

The suspects were identified as Ethan Taylor Rabanas, 20, Big Bone Road in Union, Kentucky; Tyler Jacob Schuh, 20, of Strike The Gold Drive in Burlington, Kentucky and Cameron Jeffery Becker, 19, of Campaign Drive in Hebron, Kentucky.

Their hometowns are located in the Cincinnati suburbs.
