An elderly man who went missing from Kitty Hawk on his way to Norfolk has returned home safely.
Police =issued a Silver Alert for 89-year-old Oscar Edwards Northen, who left Thursday morning for Norfolk Sentara hospital but never arrived.
Northen, of Kitty Hawk, was reported to be in route to visit a patient at the hospital.
