Learn to fish Saturday at Cape Hatteras National Seashore

Cape Hatteras National Seashore is hosting free learn-to-fish clinics this Saturday, Nov. 9 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Ramp 55 (next to the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum).

Learn basic fishing techniques and ethical angling practices through the International Game Association’s Passports to Fishing program.

All fishing equipment will be provided. Fishing is catch-and-release only.

Families are encouraged to bring beach chairs, water and sunscreen.

The event was made possible in part by a grant from the National Park Foundation.
