To celebrate EMS week May 19 – May 25 and demonstrate their service to the community, Dare County EMS will host open houses to display equipment, offer tours of facilities, perform blood pressure checks and provide educational programs.
Open houses will be held on Thursday, May 23 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Station #1 located at 1632 North Croatan Highway in Kill Devil Hills and Station #3, 50346 NC Highway 12 in Frisco.
EMS providers will be available to answer any questions about Dare County’s EMS system and how they protect our citizens and visitors.
Members of the community are encouraged to come by, meet the crews, see the equipment up close, learn critical life-saving skills, and understand more about the services offered by Dare County EMS.
